A regular customer called complaining about their shower drain issue.  I reminded her that I gave her a proposal to repair her shower drain a few years ago.  She advised me that they had someone else repair the shower drain because, they were cheaper.  Maybe they were cheaper because, they were not licensed and did not know the shower drain vent pipe served a purpose and just terminated it.  Then they installed a fake vent pipe going through the roof.  How is that cheaper price working for you now?
