We constantly receive calls from upset from homeowners that had their home repaired by Restore Louisiana following the 2016 flood. The problem? Restore Louisiana did not require any of their contractors to be licensed and the local inspection departments were not allowed onsite to verify any of the contractors were licensed or if any of the work was being performed in accordance of any building codes. Blame the government!
