I hate saying goodbye to my friend Jerry Payne but, I'm comforted in the fact that he is healthy again and with Jesus. Jerry, Dirk and I always enjoyed our time in DC for the annual PHCC Legislative Conferences we would attend. God bless Jerry and all of his family.
