This customer had 2 water heaters that are over 30 years old. One of the water heaters has not worked in months. Someone broke off the top knob of the functioning water heater. Instead of replacing both water heaters, he wanted to remove the knob from the bad water heater and put it on the functioning water heater. NOPE! He had to suck it up and replace both water heaters.
