Ever wonder why a plunger is often required when you visit Florida?  Poor venting!  Thanks to the Louisiana Legislature requiring us to adopt the IPC and IRC code, this is our future.  Why did the legislature make this foolish change?  The Homebuilders Association lobbied for this change.  The HBA are never worried about protecting the consumer.  They thought this change would put more money in their pocket.  They were wrong!
