A customer angrily called complaining that a basket strainer we previously installed was leaking.  No problem, we will return to check it out and resolve.  So, after the 30 minute drive to her home, we check out the sink and found no leak.  She rudely replied, NO the issue is the sink will not hold water.  Okay!  We plug the sink, fill the sink up with water, wait 10 minutes and the sink remained full.  The issue?  The customer was not pushing the basket strainer cap all the way down into the basket strainer.  WOW!  She did not even apologize for wasting 1 1/2 hours of our time.  Sometimes I think we give some people too much credit!
